All Brook & Bloom curated styles are made with high-performance metals that withstand daily wear and tear - such as titanium and stainless steel and coated in 14K or 18K real gold. In addition, we have a collection of Vermeil jewelry styles which are coated in a thicker, more durable layer of gold. Specific information can be found on each product page in the description field.

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the order to return any full-price item in its original condition. You can initiate the return process by contacting our team at hello@brookbloom.com.

We use USPS for standard delivery which is always FREE on all orders over $50. We may sometimes use other carrier partners such as GoFo to assist during busy seasons.

Our jewelry is made by electroplating 14K and 18K gold to the base of high-quality brass/titanium steel/sterling silver. Fading and tarnishing are uncommon but possible for gold-plated jewelry over time. To increase its lifespan, please avoid contact with perfume, body lotions, sprays, or other chemical products and keep it dry.

You can request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by sending an email to hello@brookbloom.com. Any cancellation requests beyond this timeframe will not be honored.

The packaging of each order consists of a single branded fabric or PVC bag. We like to keep it simple to reduce waste and our carbon footprint.

Typically, orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 working days after they have been placed. This ensures proper time to pick the correct item(s), package and fulfill the order with care.
Our standard delivery is 5-8 days within the US and 10-12 for HI, AK and Puerto Rico. Please note, we do not offer international shipping at this time. -
Yes, you can change the address by sending a message to our customer service team at hello@brookbloom.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Any address update request outside of this time frame may not be honored. Please double check your delivery address in your order confirmation email as sometimes, your browser pre-fills this information for you.

Brook & Bloom offers prepaid return labels for exchanges or returns for store credit.
In the event an item is damaged/defective, Brook & Bloom assumes the shipping costs for replacement orders.
In the event of a return of a full-price item within 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
