CANCELLATIONS

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please submit address change requests within 1 hour of placing your order. We fulfill most orders within a few hours of being placed, and cannot guarantee any adjustments after this time window. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase except as noted*

*Please note, all purchases made using a discount code or with a discount applied are only eligible for store credit or an exchange.

EXCHANGES


We offer prepaid return labels for exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for the exchange order ($4.95) which will be sent to you in a form on an invoice via email. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

After the returned goods have been received and processed, your account will be credited, refund issued, or exchange made as applicable.

*We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items not purchased through this site.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please check your order when it arrives. In the event of any damage, please contact us within 24 hours by email at hello@brookbloom.com. Include the order number and your name, address, email and/or phone number and an image of the damaged item so we can process a replacement order free of charge.
