Curious about who's behind Brook & Bloom jewelry? Hi! My name is Kat Jackson. Before I started my journey in early 2023, I was working a corporate job, and longed for a change—a chance to spend more time with my husband and to pursue our dreams. I was a creative director at a fast-growing franchise company: a role that brought me a lot of stress and long hours.

I sat down to think one day, and realized my true passion was living life on my own terms, based on my own vision. One day, I could feel like a Boho Queen at a farmer's market and the next – I'd prefer a Power Minimalist look. I would use clothing and jewelry to mirror my moods, and navigate the multiple roles I took on throughout the day, week, month, and so on. This is what eventually inspired Brook & Bloom: a place where you can find your "look of the day" or "everyday look" without splurging.

Fast forward a year to 2024, I decided to GO FOR IT 🎉 (Yes, it did take me nearly 12 months to make the decision and fully transition financially, mentally and emotionally to start a new life chapter. 

Needing to pay the bills, I began selling various items on an online marketplace. My small community of friends and followers grew from a few hundred to over 5,000+ customers in a very short time.

I discovered that I could merge my passion for writing my own story with my love for self-expression, helping women curate their different personas while staying on budget. I made my first inventory purchase and the rest is history. As of today, Brook & Bloom Jewelry has over 50,000 customers!!!! WHAT? Pinch me, I'm dreaming.
