You may cancel your order within 24 hours of with a 50% processing fee. 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase except as noted*

*Please note, all purchases made using a discount code or with a discount applied are only eligible for store credit.

-Your Order Number
-The product(s) you are returning

We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

After the returned goods have been received and processed, your account will be credited, refund issued, or exchange made as applicable.

Note: We do not reimburse you for any delivery or handling charges including postage.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please check your order when it arrives. In the event of any damage, please contact us within 48 hours by email at brook@brookbloom.com. Include the order number and your name, address, email and/or phone number and an image of the damaged item so we can process a replacement order.
